Overview of Activity
"Positive Vibes Only" is a game that challenges players to think positively and find the good in difficult situations. It aims to promote a positive mindset and encourage players to see the good in themselves and others.
Description of Activity
1. The facilitator explains the purpose of the game, which is to promote positive thinking and reduce stress and anxiety levels.

2. Participants are given small pieces of paper and instructed to write down one positive thing about themselves or their lives on each of the small pieces of paper.

3. Once all the pieces of paper are filled out, the facilitator instructs participants to fold them up and put them into the bowl or container.

4. The facilitator mixes up the pieces of paper in the container.

5. The facilitator sets the timer or stopwatch for 3 minutes and announces that the game will begin.

6. The facilitator starts the timer or stopwatch and instructs participants to take turns pulling out one piece of paper and reading it out loud to the group.

7. Once all the pieces of paper have been read, the facilitator announces that they will repeat the process for another round, and continues for as many rounds as desired.

● The facilitator should be mindful of any potential triggers or sensitive topics that may arise during the game and be prepared to handle them in a supportive and respectful manner.

● It is important for the facilitator to maintain a neutral stance and avoid judging or criticizing any of the positive statements shared by the participants.
